Modern Family Home with guest heat garage, Pet-Friendly!- NO BASEMENT

Very well stocked kitchen. I was even shocked to see the food scale. Something I always use. Fridge and dishes were impeccably clean. Shower head was amazing! If I didn’t have places to be, I would be there all day. Loved the comfy couch and built in speakers. Portable air conditioner for the warm summers. Great location for the event I had to be at. Lots of green space in the area to walk my dog.

Some areas were missed in the cleaning. Toothpaste on the doorframe, large amount of scuffs on the wall in one bedroom - so much so, I didn’t want to sleep in that room. Light switch plates and faucets could use some shining up. The mattress I slept on was a bit too firm for me. Next time, I will try the other bed. I would have preferred to have had a duvet cover on the duvet. It just felt a bit unsanitary to me.

The apartment was so clean and lovely. The owner's instructions were clear and easy to follow to get inside. It was bright and had everything we needed. The owner was so kind and easily reachable via message. And being able to park in the garage was an excellent bonus. Thank you 😊

We arrived at night so it was dark getting to the stairs. My only suggestion would be to have a second motion light at the bottom of the stairs in addition to the one at the top of the stairs.

Beautiful, modern pet friendly apartment with all the amenities! Full sized fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, and a great kitchen island to work from! Wifi worked great! Large couch was very comfortable so were both of the beds. Bathroom had a huge tub! Very clean and was well stocked, we even found a fresh loaf of bread in the cupboard! The garage parking was appreciated , it was tight, it barely fit my minivan but we got it to squeeze in in just a few inches to spare lengthwise. Access to the unit was from the back alley. There was a laundry room in the garage , we didnt use it but it's a great thing to have available. Best thing was the communication with the host. Michael was VERY responsive, polite and helpful with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I loved how private it was when even though it attached the rest of the house by a stair case. It was very clean, and felt homey. Also the heated garage was a definite bonus for us.
