És un apartament ampli i complet. Ben equipat amb una vaixella generosa, i diversos utensilis duplicats, fet que facilita el dia a dia. Els amfitrions són molt atents. Tenen fulls explicatius a l'apartament i responen ràpidament les consultes. Alguns mobles i espais són moderns, renovats, i es combinen amb elements d'origen, amb un punt retro. L'aparcament privat és descobert, molt accessible i fàcil d'aparcar.
No vam poder usar els balcons, els estaven substituint a tots els blocs de la zona. Els matalassos infantils eren molt tous, però potser a algú li agrada. En els espais no renovats (bany i cuina) hi ha el look de fa unes dècades que pot fer enrere a algunes persones (no era el meu cas).

Appartement refait, très clair, les pièces sont grandes (salon et chambres), il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Très facile d'accéder au logement (boite à clefs), les instructions envoyées en amont sont claires. Nous avons apprécié les jeux et coloriages/crayons de couleur, mis à disposition pour les enfants.
Il n'y a pas de volets dans les chambres ce qui gêne le matin (le jour arrive tôt). Il y a une machine à laver mais pas d'étendage et pas de lessive, ce qui n'est pas très pratique.

Die Wohnung war sauber und vollständig möbliert. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden.
Bad und Küche sind optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber ordentlich und sauber.

Problemi all' arrivo per lavori in entrata nel condominio che impedivano l'accesso alla casa, per frigo e boiler spenti, per mancanza di istruzioni in generale e mancanza di alcuni particolari che migliorano l'accoglienza al turista
