Good location for activities in the north end of London. Very clean and well appointed. Host responded quickly to questions. Good supply of dishes, cutlery, towels. Dishwasher, microwave available.
Access from outside was across a muddy path. Steps down are steep. No toaster, and coffee maker wasn't working in spite of getting directions for it from internet. Needed more hangers.

Comfortable and enough room for what we needed. Was nice to have the walking path nearby and be close to stores. Thought the price point was very reasonable.
The white decor and bright lights were a little overwhelming. Could have used a toaster. The entry to the door could get a bit muddy. Noise from above could sometimes be heard.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as we were just 3 minutes away from the friends we were visiting.
There are a few important things to keep in mind:
The unit is in the basement of the owners' house (the entrance is independent, but it’s worth noting that access is via stairs, and despite being a basement, it’s very bright).
Heating and AC are not independently controlled from the unit; the owners control the temperature from upstairs. In our case, it took two days for them to turn on the heating, and even then, we were very cold, which was quite uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with children. And this was in June, and we were only using the unit for sleeping (very comfortable beds!)
Besides the temperature, everything was great
