Our stay was good. We rented in January. The house is nice and it's in a nice neighborhood and close to everything in Cape Coral. The only complaint I have is the house is advertised "with a heated pool" but once you look further they charge $1500 if you want it heated. We rented the house for 26 days which comes out to almost $58 p/day and you won't use the pool everyday i.e. weather, doing other things, etc. I declined because I felt that was excessive.
Would I rent it again? Probably, but I would look around.
