L’appartement est bien situé pour découvrir Rome en transports en communs. L’appartement est confortable et très propre et le cartier très calme . Il y des commerces tout près.
Je ne conseille pas cet appartement à des personnes qui ont des difficultés à monter les escaliers car il y a 3 étages mais en faite il y en a 4 sans ascenseur du moins pas accessible. Prévoir des livres en français car il n’y a pas de chaînes françaises.

Hele goede communicatie. Niets wat je vraagt is te veel. Erg schoon. Fijne bedden, zelfs de slaapbank lag perfect. Appartement ligt in een rustige en veilige buurt vlakbij de metro met een leuk pleintje met diverse restaurantjes.
Het appartement lag iets verder dan gedacht van het centrum, daardoor gingen wij s avonds minder snel weer terug het (toeristische) centrum in. Er lagen wel genoeg leuke restaurantjes, supermarkt etc in de buurt.

L'appuntamento è molto carino. Nuovo e in ottima posizione per i mezzi.
La cucina è grande e ben attrezzata.
Il letto è comodo e l'armadio grande e con tanti scomparti.
L'ascensore non era agibile ma era descritto chiaramente nella presentazione dell'appartamento.
Tutto molto bello. Solo 2 consigli
1. Non ci sono istruzioni su come dividere la spazzatura per la raccolta differenziata.
2. All'arrivo dopo il viaggio ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare una bottiglietta di acqua fredda in frigo.

L’appartement est neuf. Très propre. Une très bonne literie. Très calme la nuit. Et un très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Le quartier est très bien loti en terme de magasins d’alimentation, il y aussi des restaurants , il y a une bonne boulangerie près de la station Mirti.
