お値段かなり安く泊まれました。しかしキレイさ、アメニティ、スタッフさんの対応、とても良かったです。大阪城ホールでコンサートがあり、ホテルに向かいがてら途中でご飯。そこからホテルへ、というかたちであれば徒歩圏内だし十分すぎるくらいでした。また機会があれば利用したいです。かなりオススメです。
近くにコンビニが無かった。ティーパックもないので事前に購入が必要。

staff were brilliant, very quick response to messages. when we were staying here, my partner became quite unwell, they helped with allowing us to extend our stay and even brought us bottles of water, vitamins and a very sweet note! the location is good, close to metro and lots of restaurants nearby. room was comfortable, beds good, room came with kettle and fridge which was appreciated, also a TV. the bath and shower was good. before our day of arrival, we asked if we were able to leave our bags there before checking in but they arranged an early check in for us which was much appreciated.
