I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The staff were absolutely brilliant, and the rooms were clean. Please keep up the standard. The food was very good too. I enjoyed the late breakfast I had on arrival.

The tiny ketchup pots. What's that about? :-) You might want to consider changing the size, or making provision for people who want more sauce, even if you have to charge extra for it.

Complimentary breakfast on point, the cheese sandwich was top notch. Breakfast times can be tailor made to guest's request The staff always checking up on you to see if all is in order for their guest No Wifi hicupps experienced All the essentials available, fridge, microwave, electric jug, iron and board an all other household essentials

Unfortunately Yellow Door 1 is on a little bit confined space thus no room for other outside amenities

Oooh the Staff were amazing, They genuinely love what they do 😁. Made our stay exceptional . A special Shout out to Micheal. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed

Sometimes the breakfast took too long.

This hotel was like home away from home! The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable too.The complimentary drinks upon arrival were a plus. It was a bonus having the kitchenette, as it made staying in the room more enjoyable. Each of the hotel staff were very kind, helpful and made sure we were comfortable at all times- also very easy to contact for any assistance. Special shout out to Prosper at the front desk and Joy from the Living room Cafe- they were especially wonderful! I will definitely be returning.

There was nothing to dislike!! It was a lovely experience. However I would say they need to clarify that "breakfast included' is only per room and not per guest. (Per guest would work better in my opinion!)
