Todo bien. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes de la hora de check-in cosa que agradecemos.

Located in the heart of the city, close to bars and restaurants. ‘Motor lodge’ style accommodation with car park right outside your door. Good WiFi. There was an English speaking host via phone who was helpful when we needed it.

The hotel is difficult to find as it’s behind a security gate and we didn’t receive instructions of how to open the gate so had to call the hotel (admittedly, we were early but instructions should have been provided that morning at least – especially since the ‘no refund’ window had closed). Once we were admitted, check in was convoluted and slow. Part of the problem was the language barrier (which we accept is our fault because we don’t speak Spanish) but had we received the check in instructions earlier, would have helped to explain many things such as WiFi password, breakfast times, gate procedure etc. There is NO hot water in the shower or sink so we had to endure cold showers. The temperature adjustment on the shower head simply had no effect. Although there are 10 rooms in the hotel, there is only enough seating for 2 rooms at breakfast so we were refused service and told to return 20-30 mins later (the people who were already seated then probably felt obliged to eat theirs quicker). Surely with this limited capacity, wouldn’t it be sensible to stagger breakfast slots and allocate times at check in? (we’ve experienced this with other properties and it works well). Breakfast was average and we weren’t offered orange juice although the previous guests had it. Since the hotel is in the city it is noisy. Wouldn’t stay here again.
