L'appartamento é in un'ottima posizione, ben arredato e con ottime dotazioni, tutte nuove. Ci sono lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Ha due bagni, uno al primo piano e uno al secondo (bisogna salire le scale per usarli). Da considerare che é una casa storica, dunque su tre livelli e con una scala ripida per salire. Per noi nessun problema, era esattamente quanto descritto nell'annuncio e dunque merita il massimo dei voti.

Pulizia poco approfondita. Ditate di unto sulle ante della cucina, stracci usati per pulire lasciati in giro per casa, odore di muffa, scala estremamente stretta
