Spacious, very clean, great to have games for kids… everything really!

Nothing that we didn’t like, maybe a broom for downstairs

Awesome location. Short walk to the local beach. So many beaches around the area that you can drive to and explore/enjoy. Close to Narooma but far enough away to get away from the school holiday crowds! Short walk to Big Niles local brewery and Brazbecue which have a great vibe, beer and food! Very comfortable home with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of space and great sized house for 6 adults to all enjoy the space. Lots of board games for all ages. Kayaks and boogie boards were a lovely touch to have for use!

That we had to leave!

Location. Quiet area. Good neighbours. Bathroom was excellent. Main bedroom was excellent. Living area was spacious and comfortable.

Second bedroom bed was too big for the room which caused issues for my shins and easy access to the cupboards. Range hood in the kitchen caused issues for my head. Internal stairway not ideal for oldies like me. Its narrowness and steepness made moving luggage etc difficult. Front door lock is showing its age. The door had to be given an extra tug to ensure the bolt seated properly.

The location was fantastic and the neighbours were very friendly. It's close the beach, local shops and cafes which is great. The backyard was lovely, enjoyed a game of backyard cricket.

Navigating the stairs was a bit of a nightmare - wouldn't recommend for older couples or those with mobility issues. Although there were air conditioners on both levels and fans in the bedrooms it was very hard to cool the place down as it's very open plan with the stairs so a very large space to try and keep cool. The fan in the main bedroom only works on a very low speed. The deck on the top level felt unsafe so I didn't venture out on it. Had to cut trip short due to a family emergency so only got to stay one night of the four nights booked (disappointed to have lost most of our money).
