The owner Ali had thought of everything umbrellas, adapters, kitchen was well equipped washing machine was new I did look at previous reviews when booking but take with a pinch of salt. The only one I would agree with is it’s not really an apartment for three unless it’s a small child but there were two of us and it was perfect. Showers great normal size , furniture use well thought out - as for noise it was so hot there 35+ in Paris Ali provided fans which drowned out any noise. I did hear something slight one night but woke up the next day to find Paris Germain fans had rioted after a stupid football match. Really lovely break

Very nice location, super well laid out and funished. Very clean and allnis working perfectly. The host, Mr Ali, is topnotch, and always available to help, or facilitate the check-in or check-out.

It can be a bit noisy at night, due to the nearby popular Cox bar 😜

The host was fantastic! He met me on arrival as he owns a shop below. He was very easy to communicate with. He gave me a nice tour of the space, which was nearly perfect. The location was fantastic! It's right where I wanted to be. It was busy with great cafes and shops.

I have two minor complaints. The shower was tiny. It did not have to be big, but it was truly tiny. My only concern was lighting. I wish there had been a small lamp in the living space so I wouldn't have to rely solely on the overhead light, which was very bright at night.

Location. This property is located in the center of Le Marais (vibrant nightlife hub). Close to everything - Museums, shopping, Ile de la Cite, restaurants, bakeries, etc..

There are many bars close by and the neighborhhod can be noisy especially after a major event (such as soccer match). Some of the furnitures at the one bedroom suite were worn.
