Location is excellent. Easy access to the town and the golf course. The decor and furnishings were very good. Well set up with coffee and tea making facilities and the towels and in particular the face cloths were excellent quality. Very spacious and the views over the 18th hole made all the difference. Really can’t recommend it enough.

Could not work the heating and as it was quite chilly in the evenings and early morning it would have been good to be able to adjust the heating. The hob in the kitchen is a bit aged as are some of the utensils but as we only ate in one evening and had breakfast we coped.

Great location for the golf course and beach

The property location is ideally suited for day trips north and south. Beautifull sunrises each morning. Beautifull view over the golf course too. The odd Higland Coooo late afternoon grazing on the golf green.Property is well set up for self catering with pretty much exery thing you need to cook meals and relax after a big day exploring. Soo good we decided to stay an extra night. Catherine was very helpful in facilitating this. Thank you Catherine. We didn't want to leave. The Royal Marine hotel is walking distance and was a great spot to meet some locals over a few bevies. Would highly recommend this property.
