La propreté du logement, la qualité du lit, la grande disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires, l’arrivée autonome grâce a une boîte à clé pour les arrivées tardives, les dosettes de café à disposition, le fait que le logement soit bien équipé (lessive, lave linge, fer à repasser, produits anti moustiques), le calme du quartier, la vue magnifique de la terrasse.
