Diani Luxe Villa ,Private Suites with Kitchens, 600m from Diani Beach

The room was nice, very clean and a decent size since I was travelling alone. Dorcas was very friendly and helpful and acted upon my queries and requests promptly. The environment was very scenic and serene, I loved the quiet. The pool was so blue and always clean, I enjoyed my swims very much. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon! 😊

The electricity was unstable and sometimes out which was definitely beyond the host's control. Maybe it would be a good idea to get another back up as the solar energy was inadequate and ran out.

An absolute piece of heaven in Diani! Our stay at Amber Villas Diani was nothing short of spectacular. The villa itself is stunningly beautiful, immaculately clean, and offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and complete privacy. We loved having our own private pool and being just a short, 3-minute walk from the beach.

The staff at the Villa was very pleasant, lady helped us check in, clean the room when it was not up to our expectations and provided additional toiletries when we ran out. Once during the night electricity cut off, which our contact proptly fixed upon calling. Also gave us recommendations for eating and shopping, thank you!

As soon as we made contact with the property owner, we were told that they are not expecting us. Apparently our room was double booked through booking and another service, while there was ongoing construction so the room was not supposed to be used. Due to the construction, the property was dirty and noisy during our stay. Once even someone came into the apartment to install some rack in the bathroom and left concrete dust on the bathroom floor. I appreciate that we didn't have to rebook another apartment for our stay, but the communication was dreadful. Host told us they weren't told of our booking, which was cleared up after around 30 minutes of a stressful back-and-forth. Everything else was well done, but I cannot in good conscience give a good review for a place that accepted our booking but upon arrival claimed they weren't made aware of it, very unprofessional.
