it is an amazing property, the view is great of paddy fields. Cleaning staff is very polite and friendly.
the management does not listen to guests and are very inflexible. we stayed for 10 days and had a late flight, we asked for late checkout for just 2-3 hours and they said you will have to pay 25%.
I know there are policies but you work for customers at the end. Try to listen to their problems.
even for keeping the luggage they were asking for money so we just left with disappointment.
They also had pool guys coming every 3rd day to fix something and would work for 3-4 hours. There they want us to cooperate but they won’t cooperate anywhere with the customers.
This isn’t very usual with villas in Bali, other owners listen to you and are very friendly.
