Good, deposit not returned, staff ignoring my messages
Location is great, chalet is beautiful
I have put this review off for a bit hoping things would be resolved, we stayed here in December and it’s nearly February and the Odalys contact we had is ignoring me. We paid a 1500€ euro deposit, and have not received it back I’ve messaged my contact numerous times and I’m just being blanked. I am frustrated and disappointed, our entire holiday was everything we had hoped for and it has been totally let down by this. The entire accommodation is beautiful, but I won’t be booking with Odalys again due to th fact that I cannot and will not trust them. If you plan on booking this chalet, be aware you might not get your money back. Totally disappointed
