Susan was an exceptional host. Extremely supportive, friendly, trustworthy, considering the issues a foreigner might face in China. Always responsive and really helpful by giving advise, stepping in in case of challenges and sharing recommendations. She made our stay a really good one. Our appartement at the 20th floor was so cozy and nice, we really liked it and felt like home.
The appartement is a bit far from the subway, which might be standard in a Metropole like Peking. It became manageable after we figured out the bike rental.
Be aware that on booking com there are pictures of different appartements so you dont exactly know what you book.

It was clean , tidy and spacious. Susan was very helpful and approachable. She gave a us a very informative tour of the area and gave us some important tourist tips. I am thankful for her support and kindness. I will highly recommend this property.

Ms. Susan was vey helpful, we requested for a pick up from Train station coming from Shanghai. She even given tips of best places to go around the area and help us for our Great Wall day trip. The area is near to a lot of attractions and metro station. There is a lot of restaurants, convenient stores and Malls around the area.

It was nice apartment but the outside aisle needs to be cleaned. The bed needs better and softer mattress. Otherwise things were nice generally. Overall great and the host was helpful and friendly.
