Beautiful location and very peaceful

To miejsce znacznie przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania - zdjęcia i opis nie oddają jego uroku. Zatrzymaliśmy się w domu na terenie rancza, który był świetnie wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Przed domem znajduje się wiele różnych opcji do siedzenia - moim ulubionym był hamak. Właściciele mieszkają powyżej, tak więc jest zapewniona prywatność, a z drugiej strony pomoc, jeśli czegoś potrzebujesz. Właściciele są bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. To idealne miejsce wypadowe na Cerro Pelado i przestrzeń na odpoczynek z dala od turystycznych miejsc Kostaryki.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in Costa Rica. I traveled to 15 different locations over 6 months and this host family was the most generous and helpful family I have ever known. They brought me food all the time (fruit, meat, vegetables and snacks) and even gas at one point for my car. They even took me in their Jeep to see a sunset. The facility itself is clean and impeccably maintained. The house has everything you need to cook with. You hear howler monkeys in the trees across the street and chickens next door. The outdoor living area is perfect for larger groups or families. There is a convenience store a short walk away where you can find some basic staples including some meat and vegetables but it is really small (one room) so I would suggest if you come for more than a couple days that you bring groceries with you because the bigger grocery stores are about 20 minutes away. The best part is you are in the country surrounded by farmland. The yard is completely fenced in for dogs. I felt safe with a relative living next door. Highly recommend!
