The property was beautiful and the services were really Good. The reception personnel were very responsive and the restaurant waiters like Chris, Lucas etc were kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the mocktails were so fresh and flavourful.
The room we booked had access to the gym, playgrounds etc. Our accommodation was private and we experienced tranquility. I highly recommend.
I wish we were shown our room beforehand. We had to change rooms 3 times because the description of the room and what we were offered didn’t match. Otherwise, our stay was lovely and the employees were kind.

The staff are welcoming.
The property environment was one that will keep a lasting memory for the future.
Variety of food on the menu is a plus.
The whole of our 4 days stay in the property, our bathroom towels were changed just once.
Attempts to correct issues in the rooms was difficult with some not attended to at all.

Great location and the staff was very helpful.
The single beds are really small. We booked two single beds for our clients but the single beds were really small like kids beds. The staff was kind enough to add on an extra bed so our guests would be comfortable, it made a little difference. Also our guests complained that breakfast was bland, they didn’t enjoy the meals in the hotel.
