La cercanía al sitio del evento. Zona tranquila sin tráfico y muy cercana al centro. El piso está tal cual se ve en las fotos y nos dejaron como obsequios café e infusiones. Cerca de muchos comercios, Mercadona incluido y bares para desayunar o tomar algo.
Que no estaba cerca de la playa, pero todo no se podía tener si querías estar cerca del palacio de congresos

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos.
Die kühle Luft der Klimaanlage reichte nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra jako baza wypadowa do innych miejscowości. Mieszkanie wygodne, dobrze wyposażone. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna. Pomimo braku gwarancji parkingu można było znaleźć miejsce.
