Elevators Only 4 elevators for 50 floors We had to wait 20 min for an elevator

The location was fantastic. Lovely and clean. Anything we needed the hosts kindly provided.
Might be good to leave some written instructions on how to use some of the facilities such as oven, hot water heater.

Size of the property- 95 Sq.m. for the 2 of us! Normally booked for 3 persons .
We had issues with the Staff whom we were dealing with via Whatsup with the name ALEX, from the reservation. It took him 2 days to give me the extra key for the room and the garage keys. We were there only for 4 days and have to follow up a lot of times and finally after 2 days, we got the 2 keys!!! Also, we requested to give us his name which hesistantly somewhat ignoring us but Alex eventually gave us his name (for sure he knows that we will complain about him)!
