The room size was good and they upgraded me to super deluxe without any extra cost, only because no other was available. The bed was comfortable however the sheets were not clean. The only good thing was the ashtray although it was a non smoking room. Given the tariff it is a decent place, and the location is good but hard to find as it is not visible even on Google or Apple Maps.
The facilities and hygiene needs to be taken seriously. The towel was worn out, used and dirty. The washroom needs to be fixed. The drawers and floor were dirty with hair lying everywhere. There are a lot of (bed)bugs and/or mosquitoes on the sofa in the room and in the reception area. The electric kettle was not cleaned. Even drinking water is chargeable and they insists on taking the water bottle as it costs extra (50% more than the market price).
