Spacious chalet on West Bay complex, handy for Yarmouth and ferry. Site is well maintained with open lawns and mature planting. Chalet has everything one needs for a self catering holiday. Site is also quiet outside of school holidays.
Car parking is not next to chalet, more of the luggage trolleys should be made available. Though it is good to not have cars driving about the site.

Brilliant location, children were able to play outside on the field area. Spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Well equipped.
Hoover was broken and unfortunately some of the flooring area needed cleaning as soon as we arrived

Too many doors in the bungalow don’t need an outside door in every room and not in the children’s bedroom. Moved bed to block so was ok

Good for staying with a group of friends
Not good location if you don't have a car as 1 mile walk to nearest shop and town Looks smaller than on the pictures No heating and at this time of the year it was getting quite damp and not warm enough inside.
