Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This apartment looked either recently renovated or brand new. It was on the second floor and overlooked the pool and water beyond. Comfortable bed, very clean and a quiet location. We did use the pool both days and it was very enjoyable.

The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The unit we stayed in appeared to be newly renovated. It was so new it didn’t have window coverings on the French doors between bedroom and living area. Nor were there any window coverings on slider out to lanai. The glass table in the living room was not attached to table frame, making for a dangerous situation. The owner/VRBO didn’t leave any information re: use of SamsungTV, use of pod to access gates, location of breaker box to reset a tripped one. Once, the owner/rental group gets these details taken care of, the unit will be a lovely place to stay.
