Summary:
This private home sits in a premium location with access to lakes and a short 6 minute drive to Okemo Mountain. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect home for friend groups and families! There is plenty to do within close proximity of this home whether you are up for water sports or a day on the slopes, you can have it all!
The Space:
As you enter the home you will be greeted by a mudroom to hang your coat and store your gear. Heading down the stairs first, there is a living area in the basement with open space for kids to play. Up the stairs is where you will find the first two bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds, the other features a queen bed and large windows. These bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with eveything you may need during your stay. There is a large couch in the living room with a wood burning fireplace, board games, and a television. Off the kitchen is a sun room area with a large dining room table to enjoy your meals, sit and chat, or play games as a group.
Up the stairs you will find a desk for those who need to work from home. The last two bedrooms are located on the top floor. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed and share a full bathroom in the hallway.
This home has plenty of room for larger families or groups!

We had a great stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to others. It was a great fit for our family group of eight, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The outdoor deck and backyard were especially nice gathering spots, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them.The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided lots of helpful information before and during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, and we appreciated that the house was generously stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom essentials.The location was convenient, just a short distance from Lake Rescue. While the property itself doesn't have lake access, that wasn't an issue for us since we were visiting family nearby with a lake house. We also highly recommend a visit to nearby Buttermilk Falls—it was one of the highlights of our trip.A couple of things to be aware of: the carpeting is a bit dated, and the living room sofa has seen better days. Also, there are quite a few stairs leading from the driveway up to the house, so guests with mobility concerns or lots of heavy luggage should plan accordingly.Overall, these were minor issues compared to the many positives. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this home to other families visiting the Ludlow area.

The host was very welcoming even Drew welcome in the snow. He was accessible nearby help us with every request starting with the ice storm we had and making sure the driveway was cleared and stones put on so we could get out.. there was a minor issue with the bathroom drain immediately fixed. Noah is responsive, kind welcoming, and we felt very comfortable in the home. We love the couch surrounding the wood-burning fireplace. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was we would suggest the knives be sharpened. We would recommend this house to others and would be happy to return..
