When traveling with our dog, a fenced in backyard is a must. This property was very animal friendly, clean, well equipped, and in a lovely private neighborhood. The host was very communicative, set reasonable rules, and provided us with a very well equipped house, from kitchen to bathrooms and beyond. A garage with an opener we could take with use while out made coming and going very smooth. The backyard was a perfect size for my dog to wander and do her business and we felt self letting her be outside alone. The private neighborhood was quite and had a nice trail/path system throughout that made morning walks in the cooler weather a real treat. The house was a duplex, but we were not bothered by the shared wall and everyone we saw in the neighborhood was friendly. Centrally located just south of NAU, we were able to get to downtown, freeways, and hiking locations very easily and most of our personal destinations were 10-15 minutes away. I would recommend this property and this host and look forward to staying here in the future.

Beautiful location, peaceful, and welcoming. Home and rooms were spacious both indoor and outdoor areas suitable for pets. Communication with our host was exceptional, and we felt very confident booking and getting all of our questions answered before our stay. Our pets loved it too.

Loved staying at Kate’s place! It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Kate was easy to communicate with and made the stay really smooth. Would definitely come back!
