You can look forward to walks on the adjacent banks of the Neckar, walk to Luisenpark or into the city center. There is a tram stop nearby and you can reach the main train station in just a few minutes.
The apartment is furnished with high quality and style. It has two bedrooms, a comfortable queen-size bed (1.60m wide) and two single beds. It is a wonderful accommodation for families or companies as it is generously proportioned. The Mannheim University Hospital is easily accessible on foot, so this apartment is also highly recommended for longer treatments at the hospital. The apartment is also very suitable for expats as it is fully furnished and equipped.
The newly bathroom has a bathing tube. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron are available.
For the sustenance is provided. You can enjoy your meal in the various restaurants in the immediate vicinity or cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. Basics such as coffee, spices, vinegar and oil are available for you.
In the living room you can end the evening with a glass of wine, a book or in front of the smart TV. Games are also available for social evenings.
Public parking spaces are located directly at the house or in the side streets. At the theater around the corner there is a cordoned-off, paid parking lot where the car can be parked safely.
