1 bedroom 1 bathroom property blocks from East Medicine Lake Park/Beach and Medicine Regional Trail. Seasonal views of lake from backyard. Close to boat slips. Superb location for commuting with easy access to 169, 94, 55, 394. Fifteen minutes to downtown Minneapolis. Please note that this central location means there may be some noise from the surrounding area, especially during evenings or weekends.
Guests are welcome to use the entire home. Shed access may be available upon request.

1. Check-in is at 3 pm. I will send a key code to you 48 hours before check-in.
2. Parking is available in the driveway.
3. Pets under 80lbs are allowed. A $25 cleaning charge will be added.
4. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed on the back patio, and an ashtray is provided for butts. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
5. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
6. Please leave used towels in the bathroom. Before you leave, please remove the trash bag and recycling bin then bring them outside.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
8. Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes or kitchenware you`ve used.

The house was small but clean with a full kitchen and laundry that made it comfortable for a weeklong stay.

The house its self was very clean and well put together but the space is extremely small so keep in mind if you have more than one person staying. It was walkable from the beach and had a very nice lake walk, but is right off a busy road and highway that bedroom faces so it was quite noisy at night. Overall I would stay again.

It’s challenging nowadays to find true pet friendly locations, yet this tiny home close to Medicine Lake was just perfect for my needs. Lovely decor, well appointed, comfortable, convenient to restaurants, shopping, lake walking trails. I was initially a bit concerned based on one of the recent reviews, but the property owner checked in with me to see how my stay was going, which I appreciated. Lovely VRBO that I’d stay at again.
