This is your cozy getaway in Cincinnati! This adorable house has 3 bedrooms including 1 king Sleep Number Bed with foot warmer and under bed lighting and 2 full size beds with TVs in each room and workspace. This tranquil retreat offers a renovated kitchen and bathroom. This property is a great place to call homebase while you're away on a weekend getaway or business, We hope you enjoy your stay and don't forget to step out on the covered porch we call the "upper deck for a spectacular view of the Kentucky rolling hills! A perfect sitting place for your morning coffee and evening glass of wine.
This is a two-family and your stay is on the second floor. You need to be able to walk upstairs from the street to the front door and then again to your space.
Coming in for business... we have plenty of workspace and are just minutes from UC Hospitals, P&G, Kroger Corporate, Xavier, Medpace and Northern KY businesses and colleges.
Five minutes to Great American Ballpark and PayCor Stadium. 10 minutes to TQL stadium.
Absolutely NO SMOKING and this is NOT a PARTY HOUSE.

A lovely, comfortable and clean place. The balcony was a nice feature. The sleep number bed super comfortable. Great location and nice walkable area.Karen and Allyn were the quintessential hosts and even loaned us some tools when we needed them for our car. Also appreciated the snacks and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. The 3 bedrooms were very nice - would suggest more mirrors with lighting. The porch was lovely. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The entgire place was nicely decorated and gave excellent suggestions of how to experience the best of Cincinnati. Would stay here again.

This place is top notch. It’s not only is the place beautiful but it’s quit. They a wonderful place to relax. It’s a place you can stay for a weekend or a week. The landlord’s are great!
