About this apartment rental
Nestled in cane farm land on a two-acre block, this modern, open-plan studio is right opposite the majestic Richmond River and only a five-minute drive to a deserted beach that stretches further than the eye can see. There a large bedroom space with Queen bed and roomy en suite, a big lounge , dining area and fully equipped kitchen (and coffee machine). The covered patio is great for sunset drinks gazing at the water and hills, or for sun-soaked BBQ. The tourist hotpsot of Byron Bay is just a 30- minute driveaway. Go there, enjoy, then return to the sanctuary of the Riverside Studio. Drive ten-minutes to the surf beaches of Ballina or even better, take the ferry across to town. Check out the koala reserve and sugar mill at nearby Broadwater or head into the hills to see the macadamia and avocado plantations. There are plenty of fine dining and budget eating options close by. The airport, with daily flights to Sydney and Melbourne is only 15 minutes away. Walk 30 metres to fish in the river or fish off the rock wall next to the beach at South Ballina. Do a lot or do a little in this fantastic studio escape.

The hosts have thought of everything you might need to enjoy a stay in their gorgeous studio. I thoroughly recommend this property as a base for day trips in the Northern Rivers region or just to relax and take in the scenery of sunsets, birdlife or wandering along the river.

This gorgeous studio looks out onto the lovely Richmond River. A very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and bathroom, spacious dining and living area and wonderful hosts make this a fabulous spot. Drive to the beach, walk along the river taking photos of the sunsets, cook your own meals in a well appointed kitchen, sit and read a book or drive to explore the surrounds. This is the perfect spot to base yourself in for a wonderful getaway!Can't rate it highly enough!

Location great. Good studio but could do with a little tlc.Our biggest thing was a new bed would be great.
