Very nice location, saw Dolpins from our balcony, 100' to the beach, great people watching. Lots of para gliders, Para Surfers. Found Pickleball courts. Lots of places to visit walking up the board walk.

The property is an older condo. Loved the spaciousness of this condo. The view was awesome. The staff was friendly. Pool area was warm and pool was perfect temp for cold weather. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The condo could use some upgrades and need ice maker fixed.
