The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk from the center of El Médano, you can enjoy the tranquility of the deserted beaches in front of the house or walk to the town to eat at its restaurants, rent water sports equipment (kitesurfing, surfboards, paddleboarding, etc.), or shop at its supermarkets (open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
