About this cottage rental
Premium spot at the top of the hill overlooking Lake Norman within a tiny home community, so you'll have access to kayaks, paddleboards, grills, pickleball court, and a swimming pool during your stay. Located in Sherrills Ford, NC, you'll be conveniently located between Mooresville, Denver and Lincolnton. You can easily walk to Lineberger's Steakhouse, a popular restaurant with the locals or just stay put and eat in, using the fully equipped kitchen.
This tiny home is just a year old and offers a private bedroom with a queen bed & closet with night stands on each side plus in room TV. The loft area offers a queen size bed. The hall between the living area and bedroom has a bunk bed. This results in sleeping for six people.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator and all the pans and utensils you'd need to cook a meal.
Linens such as towels, wash cloths and sheets are provided. Soap and shampoo are available for guests use.
The living room offers a second smart TV for guests use.
There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen

I stayed at this property with 4 of my children. It was the start of our vacation, and it was a perfect choice. We rested, played games, and did some thrifting. The place was clean & comfy. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We had a great time.

Great place to stay!! No complaints at all! We just should have booked a bigger place for us. We had 3 adults and 2 kiddos. If it was just us adults it wouldn’t have been bad or if our kids were older. Not enough room for an infant to move around or a young child as well to run around. But that is not the properties fault. It was very close to the wedding we went too and amazing view and a pool to use as well!
