Discover this beautiful ground-floor apartment in a central yet quiet location in Norddeich!
The private entrance, directly off the parking lot, leads you straight into the small hallway, from which you can enter the spacious living area. Here you’ll find a large sofa facing the big TV, as well as the dining area with seating for 7 people and the fully equipped kitchen, which features, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. From the living area, you also have direct access to the furnished terrace (6 chairs, table, umbrella) with a garden area surrounded by a small hedge.
The apartment also features a bedroom on the first floor with a double box-spring bed (full-length topper, 1.80 m), an armchair, and a wardrobe, as well as two bathrooms: One of the bathrooms is equipped with a large, walk-in shower, an electric towel warmer, a window, a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, a drying rack, and a hair dryer; the second bathroom features another walk-in shower, an urinal, a toilet, and a small sink.
Laminate flooring is installed throughout the apartment, and all windows are fitted with electric roller shutters and pleated blinds. Comfortable floor heating also ensures a cozy warmth throughout the entire house.
The vacation apartment complex also features a private playground for our younger guests (without any guarantee or liability on our part).
The apartment has free Wi-Fi (we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).
A parking space and an outdoor storage area in front of it with an electrical outlet for bicycles you bring along are also included with the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.

The vacation apartment is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
