Discover the beauty of Rising Star from this 3-bedroom house. This gorgeous property features 2 bedrooms each with a Queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Each room has ceiling fans and a separate mini-split allowing for unique temperature controls along with "blackout" curtains. Each bedroom features it's own streaming 40" Roku TV with Netflix. Living Room has a 58" firestick streaming TV.
Rising Star is centered at the intersection of Highways 36 and 183 in the southern most part of Eastland County and close to the borders of Brown, Comanche and Callahan counties with the population of less than 900. Served by a convenience store, Family Dollar, a local grocery store and a local restaurant.
This charming house is fully furnished and equipped for your traveling comforts. The kitchen contains service for 8 glassware, dining ware and wine glasses. Stocked with Keurig combination 12-cup and single cup coffee maker, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, Ninja grill, toaster, tea kettle, pizza pan and complete pots and pans. New double-door refrigerator with in-door water and ice with dual ice makers.
Other fixtures include a full-sized stackable washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor seating for 6 and a new propane grill.
Large backyard with plenty of room for kids to run and play. Cornhole game provided.
