First Floor:
Enter through the side entrance or directly from the garage, which can
accommodate two vehicles and features a finished floor. Two additional parking
spots are available in the driveway, and street parking is accessible—just be
mindful of posted restrictions. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits,
complete with an island and dining area that seats up to eight. The adjacent
living room features leather seating, a 65” smart TV, and a Baby Grand piano
for music lovers. Step out onto the private patio with string lights for
evening ambiance.
Second Floor:
The staircase leads to a cozy library nook with a desk and an armoire filled
with games. A spacious primary bedroom boasts a king bed, a futon, a 55”
smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with skylights. A small loft with
a full sized bed bed offers additional sleeping options. There is also a
Pack & Play and a queen sized blow up bed stored in the Primary closet. The
secondary bedroom includes bay windows, a full bath, and a 42” smart TV for
streaming.

The top level features a twin-bedded room with a 43" smart TV, a full bath,
and an exercise room equipped with a treadmill, Bow-Flex machine, LED air
hockey table, and a convertible sofa bed. A privacy screen ensures added

Additional amenities include a full laundry room, umbrellas, coolers, and

Quiet, cozy townhouse in a walkable area with coffee shops and restaurants! What a fun family stay with games, big dining table, and lots of room. I’m sure it could sleep 10 people. We were a smaller group than that, but we appreciated the cleanliness, thoughtful touches and home atmosphere with the beautiful piano and little back porch. The garage was a treat for a vacation rental too. The owner was kind, helpful and responsive, going out of their way to answer questions. We want to come back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

We stayed 6 nights while helping move my daughter to Dallas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and roomy and had all the comforts of home. The location is beyond fantastic and we’ll definitely book here in the future when visiting my daughter.

We stayed in the home during a Dallas Market Trip. The home is very well stocked with everything you will need. Very spacious, clean and we felt very safe! Great home for a family trip or a business trip. The host was very responsive to our needs and that speaks volumes! Having a garage to park our car was a huge plus! Will stay again!!

I travel alot for work and personal. This was by far one of the nicest, well thought out rentals I have ever stayed in! The house is immaculant and beautiful! The owners have definately taken the time and put in the work to make sure everything was thought of to enjoy your stay! Beds were comfy, the house was spotless, and a GREAT location! Perfect for our weekend getaway for a nephews wedding in Uptown. I will definitely be recommending to other family and friends looking for a place in Dallas and will book again for any future events.
