You have full, private access to the entire main residence. This includes the gourmet chef`s kitchen, all three bedrooms, the spacious open-concept living areas, and full laundry facilities. Make yourself at home! You also have exclusive use of the charming front porch—perfect for sipping morning coffee. Parking is stress-free with 2 dedicated spots in the driveway. Access is 100% keyless via a secure smart lock code, allowing you to arrive at your convenience without key exchanges.

We are a short Uber ride to Asbury Park for concerts at The Stone Pony or dinner on Cookman Ave. A quiet caretaker lives in the separate rear carriage house, ensuring the property is secure, but your stay remains private. We provide fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries. Strict no-party policy ensures a peaceful stay for all guests.
Driveway-parking is available but is shared with neighboring homes. Please park on the right of the driveway, closest to the home. Two medium-sized vehicles can fit in tandem.

This was such a great house. We stayed for a wedding for the weekend. It was perfect. Great location, close to restaurants and stores. the house was clean and had most things we needed. They had some cute snacks and k cups already there for us. Will definitely rent this house again.

The Catherine is a lovely property and it has everything you need for a great stay. Check in was easy and Dave was an excellent host. He had great recommendations and was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. We really enjoyed grilling out back and eating at the picnic table outside. The huge island was an ideal spot for us to eat inside too! The outside shower was a great shower and so convenient after a day at the beach. It was a really good experience and we’ll definitely consider it for future stays in Bradley Beach.
