Small, but very clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent and worked well during the heat wave while we were visiting. Excellent location near the Loyola station on the Red Line.

Looked better in the pictures and the pictures were not completely accurate of our apartment. The picture on this page, for example, is not of the apartment we rented but is probably of another in the building.The host was kind but did not reply in a timely manner and I even had to get VRBO customer service involved to facilitate communication so we could get into the apartment when we arrived. Overall clean but there was a dirty towel hanging in the restroom and only 3 towels total, no wash cloths or hand towels or kitchen towels. Kitchen supplies were minimal and no cleaning supplies if we needed them. It said there was laundry in our unit, however, there was not. Maybe in the building but we were not given any info on that. Also, big issue, parking. We arrived and all the street parking in the area said we had to have a permit to park there from 5p-4a. When we finally got ahold of the host she said that a resident allows them to use a spot in back but it costs 20 per day. She thankfully did not charge us the first night due to the inconvenience but we needed parking the whole stay so we had to pay the next three days. I might stay there again knowing all this in advance to be more prepared. It was close enough to Loyola and the beach.

This little studio was just what we needed for a short stay - quiet, pretty neighborhood, close to the lake.

Walkable to the beach and plenty of things to do and eat and drink. Great coffee shops, ice cream, close to transportation! Place itself is an appropriate size with just about everything you need. Only thing I might be advised of is no microwave. So if you get some awesome Thai food from the place down the street, you'll have a bit of an issue of heating up your pad Thai! Apart from that everything was great about the place! I would stay again!

Terrible. Booked a week in advance. Day of reservation, swapped to a new, unlisted location 20mins away from original booking. Took over half an hour of multiple points of contact to be buzzed in for entry, and first thing we see are two giant cockroaches on the floor in the middle of the room, a baby roach in the bed, sheets and "complimentary towels" with hair all over them, A plugged in, non-functional router (No WiFi) and a TV plugged into nothing. Vague, short correspondence through all of this and at some point my calls to the host were going straight to voicemail. We left after a few hours and ended up getting a clean hotel with free breakfast for far, far less, and the host finally text me back asking if I could check if the router was plugged in. Overall, when the expectation was "chic;" SO unsettling and disappointing, and non-refundable. Definitely would recommended skipping out on this spot.

I didn't receive checkin instructions by email or app; I had to call at least twice to get them. The wifi instructions they gave were for a network that did not exist, so I had to call again. The unit is clean; the furniture is cheap but functional. No coffeemaker, no washcloths. Plenty of shampoo, etc. Location is terrific and the building is noisy but normal levels.

It's a new place with comfortable but bare bones furniture. A few more tables or dressers wouldn't hurt. The area is great with lots of restaurant options. Street parking was generally easy. Nice place.

Great location, walkable to everything you could need. Kitchen was great made a few meals for us there. Good size tv small desk iron n hair dryer on site fitness equipment was great. Very easy digital entry. Communication was great arranged for airport pickup and drop off. Worked w me when my flight was delayed. So appreciative to all the assistance.

Beautiful neighborhood. The property was nice. Had standing water in the tub when we got there but the drain was just closed, so no big deal. The on site parking is actuality neighborhood street parking. Was lucky and didn't have to search too long or have too walk too far. The bed was okay but niether of us slept well. The pillows were not very supportive. But was probably worth what we payed for it.
