The courtyard is fully enclosed and provides secure parking for three vehicles.
This luxury property, spanning over 400 square meters, and its small, enclosed garden with lovely trees were designed using high-quality materials, combining both space and comfort so that everyone feels at home. A wide range of amenities await you: a lovely indoor pool with a pool house (7 x 3.5 meters, heated and secured by a roller shutter, with large sliding glass doors that open fully onto a sun deck), another charming terrace shaded by wisteria, a charcoal grill or electric griddle, and secure parking (with an electric car charging station).

Upstairs, you’ll find 5 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms (180-cm bed) with a bathroom (shower and toilet), 1 bedroom (140-cm bed) with a bathroom (shower and toilet), 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90) and 1 dormitory (5 single beds, 90, in bunk beds) with a shared bathroom (bathtub and toilet). The house is fully air-conditioned and has no direct neighbors across the way.
The indoor pool is heated (as is the pool area) year-round, so it can be used all year long.
