Manguinhos Mansion, a Natural Retreat by the Sea

With a privileged beachfront location, the beach is almost an extension of the mansion, separated only by trees and the beautiful avenue that leads to the charming seaside village of Manguinhos, just a few meters away. The rustic and colonial-style house, designed by renowned Brazilian architect Zanine Caldas, has two floors, and all its rooms, balconies, two living rooms, and six bedrooms face the beach and receive sea breezes. The backyard is spacious and protected by the shade of a leafy tree. The kitchen and dining area are located in a separate outdoor area at the back of the house. The surrounding area is easily accessible and has renowned restaurants specializing in Espírito Santo cuisine. The house is in an enchanting location surrounded by birds and the sound of the ocean waves.
