The townhome was spotless and exactly as advertised. Great area, wonderful views of all the passing boats, and even better boats! 10000% would recommend!

I feel fortunate to have landed on such an idyllic spot - a true Zen Haven for myriad reasons: 1) Front row seat to the parade of boats on the Intracoastal while also facing a beautiful wildlife refuge. 2) An ideal host who went the extra mile to ensure my stay was special. 3) Centrally located - a short walk to the beach and easy access up & down the coast.

Modern Zen is so great we keep going back! And can’t wait to book again. Beautiful location, spotless, beach around the corner, shops, restaurants, and right on the intercostal. Jarod the owner is just super too! We’ll be back!!!
