Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the heart of Dade City, Florida! Thoughtfully designed for larger families or groups, this historic home (built in 1915) has been updated to maintain its old Florida charm while offering all the comforts of modern living.



Step through the front door into a warm, welcoming living area featuring a large L-shaped leather sofa and a cozy atmosphere perfect for family gatherings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space—ideal for cooking or entertaining. The kitchen opens into the dining area, providing a seamless flow for mealtime conversations.
