Designed with Dekton stone counters and an open layout, the modern kitchen makes ample use of the space and includes everything but a traditional stand alone oven.

• Two-burner induction cooktop with counter vent
• Microwave, air fryer, and toaster oven

⛲️The garden patio is fenced for privacy and surrounded by lavender, hibiscus, and fruit trees. Enjoy a seasonal water feature and a smokeless fire pit under the stars.

🚗 Dedicated, free off street parking for two guests.

The Retreat is a newly renovated luxury guesthouse, thoughtfully transformed from an attached garage. It shares a single interior wall with the host's home but functions as an entirely separate space, offering the privacy and autonomy of a townhome.

Designed for tranquility, the Retreat is equipped with soundproofing sheetrock and wool insulation, as well as triple paned Marvin windows and doors. Guests will also enjoy a private, fenced entrance and a secluded garden patio.

Your hosts reside next door and are happy to assist with anything you may need, at your request—additional linens, robes, ice, or espresso, for example. For an extra layer of indulgence, daily cleaning and in-room spa services, as well as other small splurges can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
