Overall great for large amount of people staying. House does need quite a lot repairs. TV in living room doesn’t come in , unless you have a techy person in your group. Really disappointed that the house pool was not usable nor the actual backyard, which was quite unkept. However, Community pool was great along with the quaint clubhouse restaurant. People there were so nice! EXTREMELY hot in the 3rd level bedrooms, some people had to sleep on downstairs couches because it was unbearable. FYI, there is no King size bed as in the description. Lots of stairs, so be prepared! Before going to Walmart when you get there, definitely figure out what essentials you need. You will need storage bags, foil, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, cooking spray, toliet plunger, etc. (house needs a much larger garbage can in kitchen!)Overall our family had a great time! Men in our family loved that golf course was right next to house.

We chose this home due to its proximity to the Magnolia Plantation, the location for our daughter’s wedding. The house was huge, comfortable, clean, and an incredible place to relax during this very busy week. The hosts were phenomenal to work with and addressed every need we could possibly have. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

This home was beyond exceptional. Everyone in my group said they could see themselves living in this amazing home. It filled all of our needs.
Hannah was very accommodating and willing to answer all questions. The location was safe and welcoming. This property is right beside a public golf course and it added to the beauty of the home. Restaurants were close by as well as shopping and close enough to Charleston for an easy drive downtown. We were a party of 12 and never felt cramped. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It fit my family and I perfectly. We will surely stay again.
