About this house rental
Discover the tranquility and charm of the countryside with our cosy house located in Fazenda Boiada, in Mococa, in the interior of São Paulo. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or an immersive experience in rural life, perfect for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering peace and quiet. The property has 7 bedrooms, 3 internal bathrooms and 1 external, a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a hammock, a covered terrace, and a gourmet area with a barbecue during your stay.

- Our house is an old colonial farmhouse almost 150 years old. It has been lovingly and personally restored and decorated by its owner
- Enjoy a stunning view of the rural landscape around, ideal for relaxing and admiring nature
- On the property there are delightful spaces for socialising and it is located in an Atlantic forest region surrounded by several waterfalls
- Close to a dense forest, you will enjoy in the surroundings of the main house a woodland with native trees, a coffee terrace, a barn, a chapel and a century-old orchard with a jabuticaba tree avenue
- Trails and walks in the nearby green areas, with opportunities for birdwatching and contact with the local fauna
