✦Middle level - Queen Bedroom and Full Bathroom (tub/shower combo)
✦Upper level - King Bedroom (sleeps 2) with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Full bathroom (tub/shower combo) Additional twin bunk area (sleeps 2) perfect for kids. (Snug if sleeping adults). Laundry room located on top floor.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✦Bed linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs and gear, Bikes, Beach towels provided. The use of bikes and beach gear is completely complementary for guest(s) and is not included in the price paid for the condo. Therefore no monies will be refunded if any item(s) malfunctions and can not be used during guest(s) stay.
✦ "Starter" toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags provided. Guests are asked to replenish items if additional is needed during their stay.
✦Condo is 1431 sq ft
✦Max 2 pets allowed under 50 pounds with non-refundable $100 pet fee
✦Host is not responsible for items left behind by guest.
✦Guest agree to follow check-out instructions:
*load dishwasher and turn on before check-out
*Take all trash to the dumpster (including any unwanted fridge items).
*Put all used towels in bathtubs

This place was perfect for a 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved location. Just walk out backdoor to the pool or down to the beach just like 50 steps away. ONLY complaint is that the place needs updated and some things were falling apart such as upstairs sliding glass door needed handle to be fixed. Little things like that. But the location was great easy to get into. The condominium group was nice. perfect stay end of April beginning May. Beach was perfect. Perfect weather not a lot of people hardly any there the whole time. Loved it!!

Located at east end of SGI by State Park. Great location only steps to the beach. Nice pool which we didn't use due to cool weather but would be great for kids in the summer months. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were adequate for fixing and eating meals in unit. Condo needs a few updates but over all a nice unit. Wooden decking leading to ocean and around pool area in need of repair. Would stay here again.
