Villa Umbono is just a short walk down a quiet little street from Kelly’s Beach and the clubhouse of the Royal St Andrews Golf Course. It is nestled in the green dune landscape.
Every room offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. The villa features 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a connecting door to a shared bathroom, a garden and terrace with a heated swimming pool overlooking the ocean, as well as a sun deck with views of the bush.
The spacious, U-shaped villa has an open-concept living area with a circulating-air fireplace, as well as a dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen features a large stove, a Nespresso machine, and a counter, and is connected to an adjoining room that houses an oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
The separate office offers a serene view of the garden. The villa has a solar power system with a battery, which guarantees an uninterrupted power supply.
Barbecue facilities (braai) are also available on the terrace. Firewood for the lounge fireplace and for the outdoor braai is provided free of charge.
