We had a fantastic experience at this property and would absolutely stay here again. The unit was exactly as described: beautifully appointed and situated in an upscale building with excellent amenities and service that truly matched the luxury setting.Our host was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was prompt, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. They were clearly dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed.The check-in process had a minor flaw within the process. We received several messages from different team members across different platforms right at check-in time, which was a bit confusing to navigate. You’ll also need to coordinate with the host’s team to meet you at the building’s front desk for check-in. That said, it was an extremely busy weekend in Miami, so this is completely understandable and didn’t significantly impact our overall experience.The positives far outweigh this small inconvenience. The location, the unit itself, the building’s amenities, and especially the attentive host made this a memorable stay. This will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Miami. Highly recommended!
