Conveniently located within walking distance to Somerset Hall, this retreat features a queen bedroom and a child’s room with a single bed (enclosed with a door) and a second bedroom has a double/single top bunk bed. Great location for quick access to boat ramp/Somerset dam. Excellent communication and directions before and throughout stay. Nice living/ kitchen and balcony area. We would certainly stay again however we would not pack as much as the place is fully stocked.

We had a great weekend in the little cottage in its quiet surrounds. Peaceful walks and nice and close to the spit for dam actives. Great deck to share and comfy bed. Nice and chill. Super easy check in and quick responses with the owners.

Fantastic property in an excellent location with convenient boat parking. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We looking forward to returning
