Ostseepark - Asternweg 4 / 8 - sunny maisonette apartment with balcony

Welcome to the idyllic “Ostseepark” residential complex on Asternweg in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz. Located just a short distance from public transportation, various shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach, this complex offers you the perfect base.

Apartment 8 is generously sized at 83 square meters and offers a wonderful retreat for up to four people. All on one level, you’ll find the modern kitchen, a dining area with seating for four, a large living area with a cozy TV nook, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large vanity, and a towel warmer. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony. From the hallway, a spiral staircase leads to the attic. Here you’ll find the second bedroom and the second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) and a high chair are available free of charge.

You can securely store your bicycles in the bike shed, and there is a private parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
